Ready to plan your dream wedding? Looking for that perfect setting? White Bluff Chapel can give that "little chapel in the woods" feeling to your special occasion, with a romantic and nostalgic site to set just the right tone for the most memorable occasion of your life.

White Bluff Chapel is an interdenominational church and a beautiful site for a Christian wedding. It has seating for 200 guests, and you may choose either a Chapel minister or your own Christian officiant. For your choice of music, you may work with the Chapel organist, choose your own musician(s), or avail yourself of the Chapel's sound technician for your recorded music. Our Wedding Coordinator will assist you in assuring that officiants and music meet our established guidelines.

Wedding arrangements are to be made through the Chapel Wedding Coordinator, Candice Haverkorn at 254-694-9772. Checking the availability of tentative dates may be done through the coordinator or the Chapel office, at 254-694-7060. The first step in reserving your date is to submit the required forms, deposits and fees (for Sanctuary and/or Fellowship Hall use). At that point, you will be able to select and reserve the date of your ceremony, according to availability on the Chapel's calendar.

A rehearsal must take place before the ceremony. The coordinator can be available to accept florist deliveries and to provide admittance to the Chapel for decorating. She will also provide you with guidelines for decorating and floral instructions for you and/or your florist.

Weddings will be scheduled on Saturdays, excluding religious holiday weekends, starting no later than 7:30 PM. The Chapel will be open to your wedding party three (3) hours prior to wedding time. Weddings on holidays can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Double Diamond, Inc. will have exclusive right to provide, at competitive prices, catered food and/or beverages to be consumed at the White Bluff Chapel Fellowship Hall.

The Fellowship Hall is available to White Bluff Chapel members for cake/punch receptions.

Food and beverages are not permitted in the Chapel Sanctuary; smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building; and no alcohol may be consumed in the Chapel building or on Chapel property.

Fee Schedule

Deposit

A $500 deposit and inclusive fees are due and payable IN FULL before the wedding date can be placed on the church calendar. Deposits (less damages) are refunded within 10 days after the wedding.

Inclusive Fee

For Chapel, Bride's Room, Groom's Dressing area, Wedding Coordinator, Sound Technician and Custodial Services.
