Dr. Randy Marshall
Senior Pastor
Randy has been the pastor of White Bluff Chapel since 2020. He and his wife, Susie have two grown children and two grandchildren. Previously he served as pastor for 21 years in three Texas churches. In addition, he spent 30 years as a part-time and full-time Air Force chaplain. He holds ministry degrees from Howard Payne University (B.A.), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv), and the Houston Graduate School of Theology (DMin.) His hobbies include golf, woodworking, and an occasional game of pickleball.

Aaron Franklin

Aaron joined the staff at White Buff Chapel in 2022 as Minister of Music & Family. He and his wife, Erin, have 2 teenage sons, Anderson and EJ. Aaron graduated from Hannibal-LaGrange University with a BA in Church Music in 2001. In 2006 he graduated with a MA in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served churches in Wisconsin, Tennessee, and Texas for over 20 years and is excited to be a part of the team at White Bluff Chapel.
Betty Newman
Pastoral Care and Outreach
Betty and her husband, Terry, moved to Whitney in 2012 after retiring from jobs in Midland, Texas where she was a counselor, music teacher and administrator in Midland ISD. She began accompanying the choir at White Bluff Chapel in 2012 and has enjoyed numerous opportunities to work and volunteer at the Chapel since moving here. Currently, she is the Pastoral Care/Outreach Coordinator for White Bluff Chapel. She loves being involved in the Whitney community and recently served as the President of the Lake Whitney Ministerial Alliance from 2018 - 2020. In her spare time, she plays the piano, reads and enjoys her children and grandchildren who live in Waco, Midland and Boulder Colorado.
Kathleen Knightstep
Office Administrator
Kathleen has been the Office Administrator at White Bluff Chapel since December 2017. Kathleen and her husband, John have a daughter, Holley of Allen, Texas and a son, Spencer, his wife Nadia, granddaughter, Natalia and grandson, Joshua of La Quinta, California. Kathleen sings in the choir and is music coordinator for the choir. In their spare time, Kathleen and John enjoy traveling to see their children and grandchildren.
